A Safe Place

For some living with severe substance use disorder, recovery housing can provide a life-saving intervention; one based on a proven and highly effective social model of recovery. It provides men and women a safe environment to work through underlying causes of addictive behavior, and to substitute destructive substance use with healthy coping skills. Ohio Recovery Housing certifies recovery residences in the state of Ohio and provides evidence-based training and support for operators of these homes.
